1. Eligibility for Refunds
1.1 Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis depending on the service and stage of completion.
1.2 Refund eligibility varies by service type:

Website Design & Development: Refunds are only available prior to significant project milestones being completed.

SEO Services: SEO is a long-term strategy, and refunds are not provided for services already rendered.

Content Creation, Photography, Videography, Graphic Design: Refunds are not available for completed projects, as these are custom services.
1.3 Refunds will not be issued for:

Client dissatisfaction due to subjective preferences after agreed project scope is delivered.

Delays caused by the client’s failure to provide necessary information or approvals.
2. Requesting a Refund
2.1 All refund requests must be submitted in writing to interactmedia.help@gmail.com within 7 days of the issue arising.
2.2 The request should include:

Any supporting evidence (e.g., emails, project milestones).
3. Deposit and Partial Payments
3.1 Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
3.2 Partial refunds for payments made will be considered based on the percentage of work completed at the time of the refund request.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 Clients may cancel a project at any time by providing written notice to interactmedia.help@gmail.com.
4.2 Refund eligibility upon cancellation depends on the work completed up to the cancellation date.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
5.1 Interact Media LLC reserves the right to issue refunds at its discretion in cases of:

Failure to deliver the agreed-upon services within a reasonable timeframe, provided delays are not caused by the client.

Other exceptional circumstances that warrant a refund based on mutual agreement.
6. Refund Processing
6.1 Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
6.2 Any transaction fees or third-party charges associated with the payment may be deducted from the refund amount.
